Welcome to Pristine Clean SK's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

•  We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
• We guarantee a thorough cleaning of your home, but we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of cleaning equipment or cleaning solutions.
• Please note that we will use our own equipment and supplies unless otherwise specified.
• By booking or proceeding with checkout, the customers give consent to Pristine Clean professionals to enter their home and use cleaning products and equipment as necessary. This consent will have a release of liability in the event of any accidents or injuries occurring in your home during the scheduled cleaning time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment if the conditions in your home are deemed unsafe or unsanitary by our professional cleaners. These situations may include pest infestations, excessive clutter, or dangerous substances in the home.
• We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Overdue accounts starting on the day of 2 weeks (14 days) past initial invoice date, will be subject to $10 per day in late fees until invoice is paid in full.
• If invoice is not paid in full by 1 month (30 days) past initial invoice date. Pristine Clean reserves the right to send customer to collections for total amount on invoice with the addition of the extra days that are late leading up to the 1 month (30 days) cut off.
• We guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal information, including your name, address, and payment information. We will not share this information with any third party unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or household for any reason, including but not limited to concerns over safety, security, or payment issues.
